At Alphawell Care Homes, we believe a home is more than just a place to live, it’s a place to belong. We provide clean, stable, and affordable housing for independent older adults, re-entry citizens, and individuals living on fixed incomes or with disabilities.
Our mission is to create a compassionate community where every resident is treated with dignity, respect, and care. We partner with local organizations and community agencies to connect our residents with the resources they need to stay healthy, independent, and engaged in life.
Alphawell Care Homes is a state-approved Multi-Unit Assisted Housing with Services (MUAHS) facility—not a Family Care Home. While staff are regularly on-site during the day, 24/7 supervision is not provided. For safety and peace of mind, we maintain 24/7 video surveillance in and around the property.

Personal Care Services
Personal care services for residents of Alphawell Care Homes are provided directly by a state-licensed home care agency with many years of experience serving elderly and disabled clients. The agency offers a range of services, including personal care, nursing care, and respite care.
Their dedicated team includes Registered Nurses (RNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Certified Medication Technicians, and Home Care Aides, who provide high-quality, compassionate support tailored to each resident’s needs.
