At Alphawell Homes, we are proud to be a state-approved Multi-Unit Assisted Housing with Services (MUAHS) community. But what does that mean for you and your loved ones?
Simply put, MUAHS is a housing option that combines independent living with access to supportive services. It’s designed for people who want to live in a safe, home-like environment but may also need a little extra help to stay comfortable, healthy, and engaged.
Our Mission
At Alphawell Care Home, our mission is to provide safe, affordable, and supportive housing for independent older adults, individuals on fixed incomes, and re-entry citizens seeking a stable place to call home.
What We Offer

- Choice of Private or Semi-private bedrooms

- Welcome Package – Every new resident receives a care package with essential personal hygiene items and household basics
- Fully furnished home, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, family room, dining area, kitchen, laundry room, and relaxing outdoor spaces- deck (Marshall) or Dellwood)

Personal Care Services
Personal care services for residents of Alphawell Care Homes are provided directly by a state-licensed home care agency with many years of experience serving elderly and disabled clients. The agency offers a range of services, including personal care, nursing care, and respite care.
Their dedicated team includes Registered Nurses (RNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Certified Medication Technicians, and Home Care Aides, who provide high-quality, compassionate support tailored to each resident’s needs.
